Visit to the Taj Mahal

Delhi is full of great places to sightsee, go on a short tour of Delhi, and visit Humayun’s Tomb, the tomb that inspired the Taj Mahal, followed by the Qutub Minar, which towers at 70m high, the century tower is a symbol of Delhi. Another unique destination is the mesmersizing Baha’i Lotus Temple and finally Dilli Haat. It is an exotic spot where artists and artisans from all over India come together to sell their works.

No one can pass up the iconic Taj Mahal at Agra. A majestic building, it can be considered as one of the Wonders of The World. We are familiar with poignant tale that this mausoleum is ordered by the Emperor Shah Jahun for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Then another feast for the eyes is the splendid Agra Fort.

Having viewed these scenic delights, continue with a 40m drive to Fatehpur Sikri. To Fatehpur Sikri, this is a complex of monument and temples all in a uniform architectural style. This pretty ‘ghost’ city boasts the best preserved examples of Mughal architecture now in existence.

Itinerary

DAY 1: ARRIVE PORT BLAIR
Visit Anthropological Museum, Corbyn Cove beach.At evening, the Light and Sound Show At Cellular Jail Where the Saga Of freedom struggle brought alive.

Day 2: PORT BLAIR – ROSS ISLAND – NORTHWAY(coral island) – HARBOUR CRUISE (Viper Island) – PORT BLAIR
Move for an exhilarating journey(by boat) to Northway island(Coral Island) ,go for scuba diving or snorkeling and then to Ross Island (Ross Island. A trip by boat to Viper Island and then to Gandhi Park & shopping.

Day 3: PORT BLAIR – CITY TOURS
Start for a panoramic tour of the Port Blair City which covers; the Cellular Jail, Chatnam Saw Mill, Forest Museum, Mini Zoo, Samdudrika, Fisheries museum, Science Center , water sports complex, Sagarika Emporium, Marina Park.

Day 4: PORT BLAIR – HAVELOCK ISLAND – PORT BLAIR
Journey (by boat) to Havelock Island. On arrival we proceed to Radhanagar Beach. At evening return back to Port Blair.

Day 5: PORT BLAIR – MOUNT HARRIET/ CHIDYA TAPU – PORT BLAIR
we proceed for Mount Harriet or Chidya Tapu (as per your choice). At evening return back to Port Blair.

Day 6: PORT BLAIR – MAYABUNDER
Early morning, proceed to Mayabunder via Baratang Island by car/coach. After visiting Lime Stone Cave, Mud Volcano at Baratang and Cutbert Bay Beach at Rangat, we proceed for Mayabunder and overnight stay at Mayabunder.

Day 7: MAYABUNDER – PORT BLAIR
Early morning, return to Port Blair (through a dark reserved forest) by visiting Kurmatang Beach and Avis Island at Mayabunder, overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 8: DEPART PORT BLAIR – AIRPORT DROPPING
Early morning, proceed to Diglipur. The twin islands (Ross & Smith Island) at Diglipur connected with vide range of sand is gorgeous spot for incoming tourists near by the Saddle Peak (732mtrs) is the highest in Andamans. Overnight Stay.

Day 9: DIGLIPUR – PORT BLAIR
Early morning, return to Port Blair (through a dark reserved forest) by visiting Kurmatang Beach and Avis Island at Mayabunder, overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 10: DEPART PORT BLAIR – AIRPORT DROPPING
Dropping to Airport with memories and terrific holidays at Andaman Islands.
